What is the Macmillan Practice Online?
Macmillan Practice Online are online English courses taylor-made to accompany bestselling English Language textbooks. Each course provides a wealth of high quality resources arranged to follow the structure of the printed textbook. These activities can be used as part of classroon teaching materials of the course – either in a recourse centre or on an interactive whiteboard – or used individually as homework or for additional practice.

How does it work?
Using the code provided, each student can register to use the site, create their own user profile, and gain access to the resourses available for the course they are taking. As a student they also have access to their own markbook, the grammar reference and practice materials and the Macmillan English Dictionary Online.
As well as being able to access all the features available to students, teachers can log on to see all the information relating to their class; they can see the progress their students are making, they can send messages to individual students and make anouncements about tasks and homework to the whole class online.
Can I purchase more than one title?
Of course, you can purchase as many titles for as many students as are required. Each individual student may be assigned to upto four different courses. If you want to create different classes (with different teachers) you should make a different order for each class; each class allows the allocation of one teacher. This is free of charge if you order student Ids.

No payment is necessary when you make the order, you will receive an invoice once you have received your access code.
You will receive an access code by e.mail which will enable you and your students to register. Access codes are valid for 12 months.
How long will it take?
From the date opf receipt of your order, please allow five working days to receive set up instructions and the activation code you require.
How do I access the site?
Once you have received the set up instructions and the activation code, you can use the code to register at the web address provided and then pass details of the code on to your students; they then self register. Your Practice Online course will then be ready to use.
How long is it valid for?
Each log in ID will be valid for a year, from the date the activation code is issued.
